For this session, we will learn and practice from the Preliminary Practice of the text, The Buddha Path.
About The Buddha Path:
“Although sentient beings engage in infinite activities, they do so with a single ultimate purpose. This is to attain absolute peace and unchangeable happiness. This is the goal of the Buddha’s teachings and the entire intention behind the creation of this book. Because all sentient beings have this same intention, anyone wishing to practice Buddhism is welcome to undertake this concise and powerful Dharma practice—The Buddha Path. This is an open door to the Buddhadharma.
