Learn to reduce stress, anxiety, and traumas, and increase well-being and happiness through Tibetan Buddhist Meditation. Explore calm abiding meditation (shamatha), The Four Noble Truths, developing compassion (tonglen practice), the 12 Wisdoms, and fundamentals of Buddhist view according to the Dzogchen Lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. No previous meditation experience is required. Students may sit on the floor (please bring a comfortable cushion), or chairs will be provided. Registration is limited; sign up today!
