Managing Conflict Resolution and Conflict Styles
A Worldly Teaching by Dharma Acharya Mary Orton
Monday, March 13th, 7:30-9:00 pm (MDT)

As Buddhist practitioners, we practice transforming negative thinking into positive thinking in many different situations, including conflict. While conflicts can present our most powerful challenges in keeping our thinking positive, managing conflict is a learnable skill. Acharya Mary will offer some of the basics of how to understand conflict and one’s own preferred style of managing conflict, along with the benefits and drawbacks of each style. In order to get the most out of this teaching, please click here to take a conflict styles assessment by March 11, 5:00 pm. Acharya Mary will send you the results of the assessment in advance of the teaching.

Dharma Acharya Instructor Mary Orton is an authorized dharma teacher in the Dzogchen Buddha Path lineage. She is also a skilled and experienced mediator since 1999 and has had a successful business offering conflict management services.
