Self-Healing and Transformation: a Buddhist Approach

When challenges in life occur—difficulties, emotional wounds or traumas, they can sometimes seem impossible to overcome. But there is always hope; everyone and every situation has the capacity to change. Buddhist thought and practice offer solutions that heal and transform, inside and out. In this informal teaching, we will discuss the simple yet powerful practice known as ‘The Four Accumulations’—how to increase the qualities of confidence, discipline, glory and enlightenment.

This teaching will be available on Skype. Contact saltlakebuddhapath@gmail.com to join the call.
