Healthy Relationships: a Buddhist Approach

We are all interdependent, and everyone wants happiness. Because of these simple truths, how we relate to each other is an essential part of being happy. But it is a process, something that takes practice. ‘The Seven Relationship Unities’ is a wonderful technique to develop and maintain good relationships between couples, friends, family members, co-workers, and everyone we meet.

Joseph Evans (Orgyen Shiwo Dorje), authorized Buddha Path dharma teacher, has been studying with Dzogchen Khenpo Choga Rinpoche for 13 years, and has completed eight months of retreat in the Dzogchen Shri Singha lineage of Tibetan Buddhism.
