Practicing self-confident wisdom
with Joseph Evans, authorized Buddha Path dharma teacher
Sunday, September 17th
7-8:30 pm
The Yoga Center

According to the Buddhist view, ‘I am present moment thinking only’. The past no longer exists, but how we think about the past greatly influences now and the future. The accumulation of self-confidence teaches us how to see ourselves purely: ‘I am good, my nature is good. I did good things in the past, I am doing good things now, I can do good things in the future, and I will.’ Using simple techniques, we can change our negative perceptions about ourselves into positive ones, and accumulate the positive karma of self-confidence.

Suggested donation: $5-$15 (for using the space; extra offerings go to the Dzogchen Shri Singha Association). No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
